Masquerade: Andalucian Nights #2 by Hannah Fielding

Luz Maria Cervantes de Rueda, the only child of Count Salvador Cervantes de Rueda was back in Spain. She'd been abroad studying for many years. Now it was time to go back home and begin her career. She was excited to be back with her family. Luz made sure she had plenty of time to ride on the beach and to swim. She'd missed this while in England.  Her first days back, Luz happened on a gypsy man. He was perfection to her.  Smiling to herself, she knew it was going to be a great summer.

Vibrant and descriptive, this book entails the forbidden romance.  The love story is a good one and really takes steps you didn't see coming.  Ms. Fielding wrote in such a way you felt the mist of the sea. You could smell the fresh winds blowing. You'll feel as if you are on vacation while reading this one.

I did find issues. This book is about 150 pages to long. It's dry because it doesn't have much in the way of dialogue.  You get a fantastic idea of the area but not much about the people.

I gave this one 3 cheers out of 5 because of the issues above. Not even the descriptions could save this read.
